Our goal
Brandes Law Group wants everyone to be able to learn about the firm and get in touch, including people who use screen readers, magnifiers, voice control, keyboard-only navigation, or other assistive technology. Our goal is for brandeslawgroup.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we've done
- Pages use semantic headings, landmarks, and a "skip to content" link so they can be navigated by keyboard and screen reader.
- Text and interface colors are checked to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Links, buttons, and form controls have touch targets of at least 44 by 44 pixels.
- Every contact form field has a visible label. Required fields are marked for assistive technology, and errors and confirmations are announced.
- Images have text alternatives, and the site respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.
- Pages reflow for small screens and zoom up to 200% without loss of content.
Known limitations
- PDF downloads. The capabilities overview and the Seller's Legal Checklist are PDFs that are not yet fully tagged for screen readers. The same information is available on the home page, the pricing page, and the Seller's Legal Checklist page, and we will gladly send an accessible version on request.
- Third-party content. Some features rely on outside providers, such as Google, that we do not control.
